Our design professionals will provide a technology design that is well documented. It will detail every subsystem of the client’s home such as lighting, temperature, whole house audio/video, home theater, voice and data communications, security and many others.

An essential function to the success of any project is how it is managed. A constant presence on the job site provides an invaluable service to the home builder. The behind the scenes coordination is what distinguishes the HTD project management skills. It is vital that electricians, cabinetmakers, site supervisors and various contractors are all on the same page. Our constant communication ensures everyone understands the scope of the project, their role, and timeframes for completion.

Design

HTD provides a number of different design services for various stages of a project. Our services can be provided independently or as part of a more comprehensive project design.

Residential Pre-Wire Layout: This design service includes consultation with clients, complete proposal breakdown of locations per room with a bill of materials.

Theater and Media Room Design: This design service includes multiple consultations with clients, architects, and the interior designer. It also includes recommendations on all products and materials to work within the room. As required, we will develop a list of materials and/or a consultation with an acoustic treatment provider.

Project Management

Project Management is a comprehensive service that is included in all HTD’s installed projects. It can also be purchased as a separate service for any project that HTD has designed or engineered.

Installation

Our Installation offering is a highly professional service that exceeds all industry standards. This service is available for all HTD engineered and designed projects, as well as client-supplied or third-party supplied projects. Computer Networking is also included in this service.

Programming

HTD takes great pride in programming multiple control platforms to achieve the same basic end result – intuitive window-style interfaces that give clients the control they desire without having to know the technical details.
